No exchanges or returns on products that have been tampered with.
There are No returns taken when you purchase or have been gifted products/items. You may have received a complimentary discount with your treatment and we can not refund the item. Please have your receipt & batch number ready to submit for Eminence Organics Skincare for a valid order return. We do not offer returns past a 2-week period. We follow the policies set in place by the vendors. Our vendors are great with exchanges that are brought to attention within a reasonable time period of purchase date, remember product must not be opened or tampered with. All purchases are final, if unopened and unused we will submit an enquiry to the vendors. The Skincare Line is spectacular with shelve life especially being organic and plant based!

Gift Cards are for spa treatments, the gift card number or other details will be on the gift card, if you were gifted a treatment for skincare you can schedule your appointment on our online calendars Please have the gift card details.
If you have a gift card, bring to your spa appointment, the Gift card will be put towards your treatment time that you requested if you No show the gift card will also be put towards that appointment.
A gift card is valid within the date listed on the card. Typically ^3months-1year of purchase. We suggest to schedule with plenty of time before the expiration date approaches. See Cancellation policy for rescheduling purposes.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancelation fee may be required before requesting another appointment with your intended service provider within our establishment. Your appointment will automatically be paid for in full the day or week of your scheduled appointment. From words of Wisdom- Don’t be a jerk so we can provide excellent treatments. But we also know that pain can cause irritation so let’s try and make the best of when and with what we can.
Treatments may vary with the extent of duration needed for your session, we ask you give enough notice for rescheduling if needed so we can refrain from having to collect fee for cancelations/ repeated rescheduling with no show appts. know that We will need a card on file for all and future appointments.
